Faalcon Concepts Shares Jump Nearly 8% on BSE After Securing New Orders

Faalcon Concepts was trading at RS 44.17, up by RS 3.17 or 7.73%, compared to its previous close of RS 41.00 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 40.54 and moved between a high of RS 44.17 and a low of RS 40.54 during the session. Around 16,000 shares were traded on the counter so far.

The BSE Group ‘M’ stock, with a face value of RS 10, touched its 52-week high of RS 62.22 on 03 November 2025, while the 52-week low of RS 37.60 was recorded on 30 June 2025.

Over the past week, the scrip’s high and low stood at RS 44.17 and RS 39.00, respectively. The company’s current market capitalization is RS 28.69 crore.

Promoters hold 65.56% stake in the company, while non-institutional investors own 34.44%.

In a key development, Faalcon Concepts has received a work order worth RS 18.41 crore from Splendor Information Technology for the design, fabrication, build, and installation of an aluminium glazing façade glass. The project is scheduled to be completed within 15 months.

Earlier, the company had also secured a work order worth RS 2.25 crore from Signatureglobal (India).

Faalcon Concepts is primarily engaged in the designing, engineering, fabrication, and installation of façade systems.
