Meanwhile, Viceroy Hotels has received shareholders’ approval to acquire SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts for a consideration of RS 206.00 crore on December 27, 2025. SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts operates a Marriott-associated hotel on leased premises (9th to 12th floors) comprising 75 long-stay rooms, spread across 1,65,000 square feet, along with parking facilities and an undivided land share of 2,442 square yards at SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
The transaction is expected to be completed within one year from the date of shareholders’ approval, after which SLN Terminus Hotels and Resorts will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Viceroy Hotels.
The proposed acquisition is aimed at strategic expansion of the company’s hospitality portfolio, strengthening its market presence and asset base. It is expected to deliver operational synergies, enhance cost efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and support revenue growth and profitability in the coming years. The association with the Marriott group is also aligned with the company’s existing hotel operations.
