Waaree Energies Gains Amid Major Solar Module Order

Waaree Energies is currently trading at RS 2890.00, rising by 15.95 points or 0.55% from its previous close of RS 2874.05 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 2873.85 and recorded an intraday high and low of RS 2935.00 and RS 2837.90 respectively. A total of 132861 shares have been traded so far.

Classified under the BSE Group ‘B’, the stock with a face value of RS 10 has registered a 52-week high of RS 3864.40 on 12-Sep-2025 and a 52-week low of RS 1808.65 on 07-Apr-2025.

During the last week, the scrip touched a high of RS 3231.40 and a low of RS 2837.90. The company’s current market capitalization stands at RS 82598.96 crore.

Promoters hold 64.22% stake in the company, while Institutional and Non-Institutional investors hold 9.17% and 26.60% respectively.

In a major development, Waaree Energies’ wholly owned subsidiary Waaree Solar Americas has secured an order to supply 288 MW solar modules to a leading US-based developer and operator of large-scale solar and energy storage projects. The supply will be executed in FY 2026-27.

Waaree Energies is a key player involved in manufacturing solar photovoltaic modules, establishing solar projects, and sale of electricity.
