Marathon Nextgen Realty Gains 0.79%, Launches Phase III of Panvel Township ‘The Nirvana Collection’

Marathon Nextgen Realty is currently trading at RS 586.15, up by 4.60 points or 0.79% from its previous closing of RS 581.55 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 600.50 and touched an intraday high and low of RS 600.50 and RS 583.20 respectively, with 10,697 shares traded so far. The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of RS 5, has recorded a 52-week high of RS 774.55 (17-Jul-2025) and a 52-week low of RS 352.05 (11-Mar-2025).

During the past week, the stock’s high and low stood at RS 603.45 and RS 573.05 respectively, while the company’s current market capitalization stands at RS 3,965.68 crore. Promoters hold 55.92% stake, whereas institutions and non-institutions hold 22.46% and 21.62% respectively.

In a major development, Marathon Nextgen Realty has launched Phase III of its flagship township, Marathon Nexzone, in Panvel. The new phase, titled ‘The Nirvana Collection’, spans 3 acres with an estimated RERA carpet area of 4.90 lakh sq. ft. and an estimated gross development value exceeding RS 600 crore.

The project will feature four premium towers of 28 storeys each, offering 2BHK, 3BHK, and select 4BHK combination homes, along with two retail floors, four parking levels, and a 70,000 sq. ft. stilt-level amenity zone. Amenities include a swimming pool with waterfall and jacuzzi, fitness centre, yoga and meditation zones, multi-purpose lawns, pet area, children’s play zone, co-working spaces, café, and indoor gaming areas.

This expansion aligns with Panvel’s rapid transformation into a prime destination within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), driven by landmark infrastructure developments such as the Atal Setu (Mumbai Trans Harbour Link), Navi Mumbai International Airport, metro expansion, and the Panvel–Karjat suburban railway corridor.
