HDFC Life Insurance Company’s stock is trading at RS 746.85, up by 3.95 points or 0.53% from its previous close of RS 742.90 on the BSE.

In its Q2FY26 results, HDFC Life reported a 3.27% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit at RS 447.15 crore, compared to RS 432.99 crore in the same quarter last year. The company’s net premium income increased by 13.32%, reaching RS 18,777.31 crore, up from RS 16,569.70 crore a year ago.
On a consolidated basis, net profit rose 3.01% to RS 448.29 crore, compared to RS 435.18 crore in Q2FY25. The net premium income also climbed 13.59% to RS 18,871.23 crore, from RS 16,613.72 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
