Insolation Energy Rises Over 2% as Subsidiary Launches New Solar SPV ‘MGNJ Green Infra’

Insolation Energy Limited shares were trading higher at RS 183.30, gaining RS 4.90 or 2.75% from the previous close of RS 178.40 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 182.50 and touched an intraday high of RS 185.80 and a low of RS 180.00. A total of 1,79,500 shares changed hands during the session.

The company’s 52-week high stands at RS 475.00 (as of November 8, 2024) and 52-week low at RS 166.00 (as of October 8, 2025). During the past week, the stock recorded a high of RS 186.00 and a low of RS 166.00. Insolation Energy’s current market capitalization is RS 4,037.79 crore.

Promoters hold 66.02% stake in the company, while Institutions and Non-Institutions hold 1.36% and 32.62%, respectively.

In a key development, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has incorporated a new entity named MGNJ Green Infra on October 8, 2025. The new company, established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), will focus on solar power plant development, including design, supply, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of renewable and rooftop solar power projects.
