Nila Infrastructures Shares Surge 5.96% After Securing Rs 105.02 Crore Project from AMC

Nila Infrastructures is currently trading at Rs 10.67, up by 0.60 points or 5.96% from its previous close of Rs 10.07 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rs 10.22 and has touched a high of Rs 10.89 and a low of Rs 10.21 during the session. So far, a total of 86,135 shares have been traded on the counter.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs 1, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs 15.37 (02-Jan-2025) and a 52-week low of Rs 8.21 (04-Mar-2025). Over the last week, the scrip has moved between a high of Rs 10.89 and a low of Rs 9.99. The company currently holds a market capitalization of Rs 422.64 crore.

As per shareholding data, promoters hold 61.90%, while institutions and non-institutions hold 0.49% and 37.61%, respectively.

In a significant development, Nila Infrastructures has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth Rs 105.02 crore from the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the redevelopment of the ‘Kajimiya ni Chali’ slum area in Ahmedabad. The project includes the construction of 728 housing units and 25 commercial shops.

The total development cost is pegged at Rs 105.02 crore, out of which the company will receive Transferable Development Rights (TDRs) worth Rs 56.51 crore, and free sale land measuring 4,209.67 square metres valued at Rs 48.51 crore. The project is scheduled for completion within 30 months.

Nila Infrastructures is engaged in developing luxurious bungalows, commercial and residential buildings, along with infrastructure projects such as industrial estates, roads, plots, sheds, and lighting works.
