Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Shares Rise; Strong Bookings in New Luxury Projects

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is trading at RS 193.25, up by 4.00 points or 2.11% from its previous close of RS 189.25 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 192.05 and touched an intraday high of RS 195.40 and a low of RS 191.50. A total of 1,65,785 shares were traded so far.

Belonging to the BSE group 'B', the stock with a face value of RS 1 recorded a 52-week high of RS 218.50 on 11-Aug-2025 and a 52-week low of RS 173.60 on 03-Sep-2025. During the past week, the scrip’s high and low stood at RS 204.00 and RS 187.30 respectively. The company’s current market capitalization is RS 9437.25 crore.

Promoter holding in the company stands at 81.86%, while Institutions hold 5.15% and Non-Institutions 12.99%.

Recently, the company launched two luxury projects—‘The Arcadian (Juhu)’ and ‘Amalfi (Versova)’—in September 2025. The Arcadian (Juhu) has already achieved bookings worth RS 92 crore within the first week, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of RS 700 crore. Similarly, Amalfi (Versova) recorded bookings worth RS 38 crore in its first week, with an estimated GDV of RS 300 crore. Both projects continue to see strong demand due to their prime locations, unique B&G architecture, premium amenities, and the company’s track record of timely delivery.

In addition, the construction of Project Varun (Bandra) is progressing rapidly, with a launch expected in Q3FY26. Positioned in one of Mumbai’s most premium locations, this ultra-luxury development is expected to further solidify the company’s footprint in the high-end real estate market.
