Insolation Energy Stock Gains; Subsidiary Incorporates Three New SPVs for Solar Projects

Insolation Energy is currently trading at RS. 207.00, up by 0.80 points or 0.39% from its previous closing of RS. 206.20 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 206.00 and touched a high of RS. 207.45 and a low of RS. 204.10. A total of 32,500 shares have been traded so far.

The BSE group 'M' stock, with a face value of RS. 1, recorded a 52-week high of RS. 475.00 on November 8, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS. 205.50 on September 10, 2025. Over the past week, the stock touched a high of RS. 220.00 and a low of RS. 204.10. The company’s current market capitalization stands at RS. 4543.47 crore.

Promoter holding in the company is at 66.02%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions hold 1.36% and 32.62% respectively.

In a major development, Insolation Energy’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy, has incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries—PED Green Infra One, JRD Green Infra One, and MVS Green Infra One—on September 9, 2025. These entities have been formed as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for setting up solar power plants.

The SPVs will be engaged in solar power plant development, including design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects. They will also handle rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic projects along with consultancy and comprehensive O&M services.
