BR Goyal Infrastructure Gains 3.75%, Bags RS. 125.85 Crore Road Project in Maharashtra

BR Goyal Infrastructure is currently trading at RS. 159.00, up by 5.75 points or 3.75% from its previous closing of RS. 153.25 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 160.00 and touched a high of RS. 163.85 and a low of RS. 159.00. A total of 5000 shares have been traded so far.

The BSE group 'M' stock with a face value of RS. 10 has recorded a 52-week high of RS. 177.00 on August 20, 2025, and a 52-week low of RS. 95.00 on February 18, 2025. During the past week, the stock’s high and low stood at RS. 163.85 and RS. 149.05 respectively. The current market capitalization of the company is RS. 365.11 crore.

Promoter shareholding in the company stands at 73.12%, while institutions hold 12.95% and non-institutions 13.93%.

In a major development, BR Goyal Infrastructure has received a work order from the Public Works Region, Nashik, for the improvement and widening of the Adgaon Girnare Waghera Harsul Ozarkhed Road SH 28 in Maharashtra. The project, valued at RS. 125.85 crore, is expected to be completed within 18 months.

Since its inception, BR Goyal Infrastructure has been engaged in the construction and development of infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, and buildings.
