In a key development, Astral has received approval to acquire the remaining 5% equity shares of Seal IT Services, UK (a subsidiary of the company), from an existing shareholder for GBP 4,00,000 (around RS. 4.75 crore). Post-acquisition, Astral’s stake in Seal IT will rise from 95% to 100%, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The transaction is scheduled for completion on or before September 30, 2025. The company’s Board of Directors approved the acquisition in its meeting held on September 4, 2025.
