Fortis Healthcare’s wholly-owned subsidiary, International Hospital (IHL), has signed a 15-year lease agreement with RR Lifesciences for a fully operational 200-bed multi-specialty hospital in Greater Noida. The company had earlier managed this facility under an Operations & Management (O&M) arrangement since its launch in October 2022. Under the new agreement, it will continue operations as Fortis Hospital Greater Noida.
With this move, Fortis will assume full operational and financial control, consolidating the hospital’s performance within its network. The hospital is situated on a 1.35-acre UPSIDA-leased land parcel with 2.7 lakh sq. ft. built-up area and has potential for an additional 50 beds, taking capacity up to 250 beds. Strategically located, the facility is well connected via the Greater Noida Expressway, Metro Aqua Line, Yamuna Expressway, and Eastern Peripheral Expressway, and lies just 34 km from the upcoming Jewar International Airport.
Fortis Healthcare is one of Asia’s leading integrated healthcare providers, with services across primary care, diagnostics, day care specialties, and hospitals, operating through a strong network in multiple countries.
