Ircon International Gains on BSE; Bags RS 510.47 Crore Project in Meghalaya

Ircon International is trading at RS. 172.00, up by 1.90 points or 1.12% from its previous close of RS. 170.10 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 171.50 and touched a high of RS. 174.05 and a low of RS. 168.65. A total of 110415 shares have been traded so far.

The BSE group 'A' stock, with a face value of RS. 2, hit a 52-week high of RS. 273.10 on August 23, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS. 134.30 on March 3, 2025. In the past week, the scrip recorded a high of RS. 175.10 and a low of RS. 166.30. The company’s current market capitalization is RS. 16167.47 crore.

Promoter shareholding stands at 65.17%, while institutions hold 6.45% and non-institutions 28.38%.

The company has received a Letter of Award from Meghalaya Infrastructure Development & Finance Corporation, Shillong, for the construction of Eklavya Model Residential Schools at eight locations in Meghalaya. The project, awarded on a Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis (Package-II), is valued at RS. 510.47 crore and is expected to be completed in 36 months.
