For the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26), Power Grid reported a 7.07% rise in standalone net profit at RS. 3,653.23 crore, compared to RS. 3,412.15 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Its total income rose 3.75% to RS. 11,256.88 crore from RS. 10,850.37 crore a year earlier.
On a consolidated basis, however, the company reported a 2.51% decline in net profit at RS. 3,630.58 crore for Q1FY26 compared to RS. 3,723.92 crore in Q1FY25. Despite this, total consolidated income grew by 1.46% to RS. 11,444.42 crore from RS. 11,279.59 crore year-on-year.
