Omaxe Shares Surge Over 6%, Subsidiary Raises RS. 431 Crore via NCDs

Omaxe is currently trading at RS. 100.20, marking a rise of 6.30 points or 6.71% from its previous close of RS. 93.90 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 99.90 and has touched an intraday high of RS. 102.40 and a low of RS. 94.00. A total of 67,994 shares have been traded so far.

Classified under the BSE group 'B', the stock has a face value of RS. 10. It recorded a 52-week high of RS. 160.20 on July 30, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS. 68.75 on May 9, 2025. Over the past week, the scrip traded between RS. 107.70 and RS. 93.65. The company's current market capitalization stands at RS. 1820.77 crore.

The promoter holding in Omaxe stands strong at 74.14%, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 8.92% and 16.94% respectively.

In a key development, Omaxe’s wholly-owned subsidiary — M/s Omaxe New Chandigarh Developers — has successfully raised RS. 431 crore through private placement. The funds were raised by issuing and allotting 43,100 unlisted, senior, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a face value of RS. 1 lakh each.
