KFin Technologies Slips Nearly 5%, Despite Double-Digit Growth in Q1FY26 Profit

KFin Technologies is currently trading at RS. 1171.80, down by 60.70 points or 4.92% from its previous closing of RS. 1232.50 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 1203.55 and touched an intraday high of RS. 1205.70 and a low of RS. 1139.15. A total of 1,45,135 shares have been traded so far on the counter.

This BSE group 'A' stock, with a face value of RS. 10, has recorded a 52-week high of RS. 1640.00 on December 30, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS. 728.85 on July 25, 2024. In the past week, the stock hit a high of RS. 1288.00 and a low of RS. 1139.15. The company’s current market capitalization stands at RS. 20153.55 crore.

Promoters hold 22.90% stake in the company, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 51.51% and 25.58%, respectively.

Despite the stock's fall, KFin Technologies posted a strong financial performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26). The company reported a 12.16% rise in standalone net profit at RS. 76.10 crore compared to RS. 67.85 crore in the same quarter last year. Its total income rose 15.46% to RS. 274.14 crore from RS. 237.44 crore year-on-year.

On a consolidated basis, the net profit grew by 13.50% to RS. 77.26 crore in Q1FY26 from RS. 68.07 crore in the same period last year. Consolidated total income also increased by 15.65% to RS. 284.09 crore, up from RS. 245.65 crore in Q1FY25.
