UVS Hospitality and Services recently executed a term sheet with Calcio Restaurants to acquire a majority stake in the company. Calcio operates several premium hospitality brands including Dragonfly, Shiloh, Not Just Tamasha, Lord of Drinks, Garnet, Club Iguana, and The Flying Saucer (soon to be renamed Aomi).
Upon successful completion of due diligence and execution of definitive agreements, UVS Hospitality will become the majority stakeholder in Calcio. The deal remains subject to regulatory and contractual approvals.
