Somany Ceramics Gains as It Acquires Majority Stake in Dura Build Care

In a key development, Somany Ceramics has completed the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Dura Build Care (DBCPL) by purchasing 11,04,886 equity shares amounting to RS 10.30 crore. Following this transaction, DBCPL has become a subsidiary of Somany Ceramics.

Somany Ceramics is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of tiles, sanitaryware, and bath fittings, and continues to strengthen its presence in the building materials sector.
