Bajel Projects Advances on Ranjangaon Facility Expansion Plan

Bajel Projects is currently trading at Rate RS 252.90, up by 1.85 points or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rate RS 251.05 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rate RS 247.10 and has touched an intraday high of Rate RS 254.65 and a low of Rate RS 242.00. So far, 8,510 shares have been traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock with a face value of Rate RS 2 has recorded a 52-week high of Rate RS 308.25 on December 16, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rate RS 145.20 on April 7, 2025. Over the last week, the stock has traded between Rate RS 255.00 and Rate RS 235.25.

The current market capitalization of the company stands at Rate RS 2,862.19 crore. Promoters hold 62.58% of the equity, while Institutional and Non-Institutional investors hold 9.90% and 27.53%, respectively.

Bajel Projects has announced a significant expansion at its Ranjangaon facility, where it plans to increase its galvanization capacity from 40,500 MT per annum to 1,10,000 MT per annum. The move is aimed at catering to both captive requirements and growing demand in domestic and international markets.

The company is investing Rate RS 170 crore in this capacity addition, which will be completed in phases from Q4 FY26 to Q4 FY27.
