The solar power generated will be sold at a fixed tariff of RS. 4.1 per unit for approximately 18 years. The acquisition cost of the project is RS. 115.61 crore, and the project has already achieved Partial Commercial Operation Date (PCOD).
To move forward with the project, Enviro Infra Engineers is in the process of acquiring Vento Power Infra. The company is currently conducting due diligence, finalizing draft agreements, and evaluating the terms of acquisition.
