Kesar India Gains Over 3%; Acquires 30% Stake in Trinity Buildcorp LLP to Expand Real Estate Presence

Kesar India has acquired a 30% stake in Trinity Buildcorp LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated on May 14, 2025. The strategic investment aims to diversify Kesar India's operations into construction and real estate activities.

Trinity Buildcorp LLP will engage in activities such as real estate development, construction of residential and commercial properties, acquisition and management of land and buildings, and other related infrastructure development projects. It will also focus on leasing, renovation, and administration of properties, as well as collaborations with builders, tenants, and developers both in India and internationally.

Kesar India is already active in developing and constructing residential and commercial plots, industrial buildings, colonies, mills, factory structures, and workshops.
