Insolation Energy Rises Over 1.5%, Launches New Subsidiary for Solar Power Development

Insolation Energy is trading at RS. 272.70, marking a gain of 4.15 points or 1.55% from its previous close of RS. 268.55 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 276.00 and hit an intraday high of RS. 280.95 and a low of RS. 269.00. A total of 2,54,500 shares have been traded so far.

Classified under the BSE group 'M', Insolation Energy's stock has a face value of RS. 1. It touched a 52-week high of RS. 475.00 on November 8, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS. 155.60 on April 30, 2024. Over the past week, the stock’s high and low stood at RS. 280.95 and RS. 241.10 respectively. The company's market capitalization is RS. 6114.52 crore.

In a key development, Insolation Energy has incorporated a new subsidiary named ‘MGVI Green Infra Three’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the Certificate of Incorporation on April 21, 2025. The new entity will focus on solar power plant development, erection, installation, operation, maintenance, and consultancy of renewable energy projects, including rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic systems.
