UVS Hospitality Gains on BSE; Subsidiary to Launch New Restaurant in Australia

In a recent development, UVS Hospitality’s wholly owned subsidiary, UVS Investment Management Pty, has received a letter of intent from a franchisee to open a new restaurant in Caulfield, Australia, on April 16, 2025. This expansion brings the total number of restaurants to 6 in Australia and 4 in India, including franchise units. The formal Franchisee Agreement will be signed in due course.
