BLS International Services Gains Over 2%, Subsidiary to Acquire BLS Ventures S.R.L.

BLS International Services is currently trading at RS. 355.00, rising by 8.00 points or 2.31% from its previous close of RS. 347.00 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 360.00 and recorded an intraday high of RS. 360.45 and a low of RS. 352.00. A total of 55,961 shares have been traded so far.

This BSE group 'A' stock, with a face value of RS. 1, touched its 52-week high of RS. 522.30 on January 3, 2025, and a 52-week low of RS. 278.00 on June 4, 2024. Over the past week, it recorded a high of RS. 405.50 and a low of RS. 335.05. The company's current market capitalization stands at RS. 14590.04 crore.

Promoters currently hold 70.38% of the company’s shares, while institutions and non-institutions hold 12.31% and 17.32% respectively.

In a significant development, BLS International Services’ subsidiary — BLS International FZE — is set to acquire 99.90% of the share capital of BLS Ventures S.R.L., a company based in the Dominican Republic. Following the acquisition, BLS Ventures S.R.L. will become a wholly owned Step-Down Subsidiary (SDS-WOS) of BLS International Services. The deal is expected to be completed on or before April 14, 2025.

BLS International Services is part of the four-decade-old BLS Group, offering a wide array of global services in polymers and petrochemicals, education, electronics, asset management, visa processing, and management consulting.
