The agreement aims to manage life and pension administration services for Phoenix Group’s ReAssure business, supporting their operational transformation.

Under this agreement, Wipro’s FCA-regulated entity, Wipro Financial Outsourcing Services (WFOSL), will handle a range of services including Policy Administration, Claims Processing, Customer Service Support, Data Management, Compliance and Regulatory Support, and Platform Technologies for ReAssure customers.

Additionally, Wipro will take over and modernise the ALPHA policy administration platform by integrating AI, automation, cloud, and digital transformation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

As part of this strategic partnership, Wipro will also expand its UK footprint by setting up new technology and operational service hubs. These centres will be supported by teams from both Phoenix Group and Wipro, with several Phoenix employees transitioning to Wipro to aid this transformational project.
