Borosil Stock Rises; Approves New Subsidiary ‘Stylenest India’

Borosil is currently trading at RS. 346.45, marking an increase of 5.90 points or 1.73% from its previous closing of RS. 340.55 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 340.30 and recorded a high of RS. 346.45 and a low of RS. 339.00. A total of 2,504 shares have been traded so far.

In the past 52 weeks, the stock has touched a high of RS. 516.10 on November 6, 2024, and a low of RS. 277.60 on February 17, 2025. Over the last week, it traded between RS. 360.00 and RS. 331.50. The company's current market capitalization stands at RS. 4,054.82 crore.

Promoters hold 64.68% of the company’s shares, while institutional and non-institutional investors own 6.24% and 29.09%, respectively.

Meanwhile, Borosil has received approval to establish a Wholly Owned Subsidiary named ‘Stylenest India’ under the Companies Act, 2013. The subsidiary will focus on marketing and distributing household and kitchenware products. The approval was granted at the Management Committee meeting of the Board of Directors on March 25, 2025.

Borosil is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Scientific and Industrial Products (SIP) and Consumer Products (CP).
