NCC Shares Surge Over 6%, Bags BSNL Contracts Worth Rs. 10804.56 Crore

NCC is currently trading at RS. 217.00, up by 12.55 points or 6.14% from its previous closing of RS. 204.45 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS. 215.20 and touched an intraday high of RS. 218.30 and a low of RS. 212.05. A total of 11,15,395 shares have been traded so far.

The BSE Group 'A' stock, with a face value of RS. 2, reached a 52-week high of RS. 364.50 on 31-Jul-2024 and a 52-week low of RS. 169.95 on 03-Mar-2025. In the past week, the scrip's high and low stood at RS. 218.30 and RS. 199.10, respectively. The company's market capitalization currently stands at RS. 13,448.47 crore.

Promoters hold 22.02% stake in the company, while Institutional and Non-Institutional investors hold 32.30% and 45.68%, respectively.

Meanwhile, NCC has secured two major work orders from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the middle-mile network of BharatNet. These contracts cover the Uttarakhand Telecom Circle (Package No. 05) and the Madhya Pradesh, DNH & DD Telecom Circles (Package No. 01).

The Uttarakhand contract is valued at RS. 2,647.12 crore (excluding GST), while the Madhya Pradesh contract is worth RS. 8,157.44 crore (excluding GST), bringing the total order value to RS. 10,804.56 crore.

NCC is actively engaged in real estate development and has a strong presence in sectors like housing, transportation, power, water, metals, and oil & gas.
