Adani Green Energy Stock Rises; Commissions 250 MW Solar Project

Adani Green Energy is currently trading at RS 831.35, marking an increase of 6.30 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of RS 825.05 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 838.55 and recorded a high and low of RS 838.55 and RS 825.10, respectively. A total of 20,541 shares have been traded so far.

This BSE Group 'A' stock, with a face value of RS 10, reached a 52-week high of RS 2173.65 on June 3, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS 758.00 on March 3, 2025. Over the past week, the stock's high and low stood at RS 871.95 and RS 811.00, respectively. The company's current market capitalization is RS 130,690.60 crore.

The company's shareholding pattern shows promoters holding 60.94%, while institutions and non-institutions hold 15.40% and 23.66%, respectively.

Meanwhile, Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary, Adani Solar Energy Ap Eight, has commissioned a 250 MW solar power project at Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. With this, the company’s total operational renewable generation capacity has risen to 12,591.1 MW. Based on necessary clearances, the plant was officially commissioned from March 8, 2025, with the decision finalized on March 11, 2025.
