The company issued 2,06,000 unsecured, redeemable, rated, and listed NCDs of Rs 1,00,000 each, amounting to Rs 2,060 crore (Series 1 Debentures), along with 54,000 NCDs of the same value, aggregating to Rs 540 crore (Series 2 Debentures). The Committee of Directors has approved the allotment.
