VRL Logistics Stock Rises 0.38% Amid Strong Q3 Profit Growth

VRL Logistics is currently trading at RS 521.90, up by 2.00 points or 0.38% from its previous closing of RS 519.90 on the BSE.

The stock opened at RS 514.45 and touched a high of RS 535.50 and a low of RS 507.65. A total of 23,227 shares have been traded so far.

The BSE group 'A' stock, with a face value of RS 10, reached a 52-week high of RS 683.85 on February 8, 2024, and a 52-week low of RS 432.45 on January 28, 2025. The stock's one-week high and low stood at RS 559.50 and RS 452.05, respectively. The company's current market capitalization is RS 4,580.29 crore.

VRL Logistics reported a four-fold jump in net profit, reaching RS 59.42 crore in Q3FY25, compared to RS 13.65 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's total income rose by 12.42% to RS 830.90 crore in Q3FY25 from RS 739.08 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Founded in 1976 by Vijay Sankeshwar in Gadag, Karnataka, VRL Logistics started with a single truck and later expanded to Bangalore, Hubli, and Belgaum. The company has become a leader in providing a safe and reliable parcel delivery network.
