MRF Shares Rise to Rs. 1,15,100; Net Profit Falls 39.62% in Q3FY25

MRF is currently trading at Rs. 1,15,100.00, up by 1,061.65 points or 0.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 1,14,038.35 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rs. 1,11,500.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1,15,000.00 and Rs. 1,11,500.05, respectively. So far, 38 shares have been traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 1,51,283.40 on 23-Feb-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs. 1,10,000.00 on 06-Feb-2025.

In the last one week, the stock's high and low stood at Rs. 1,15,499.75 and Rs. 1,10,000.00, respectively. The current market capitalization of the company is Rs. 48,365.29 crore.

The promoter holding in the company stands at 27.80%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions hold 30.19% and 42.01%, respectively.

MRF has reported a 39.62% decline in net profit to Rs. 306.72 crore for Q3FY25, compared to Rs. 508.02 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. However, the company’s total income increased by 13.97% to Rs. 6,979.77 crore for Q3FY25, compared to Rs. 6,124.39 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, MRF’s net profit dropped by 38.11% to Rs. 315.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, compared to Rs. 509.71 crore in the same quarter of the previous year. However, the total income rose by 13.76% to Rs. 7,098.90 crore for Q3FY25, compared to Rs. 6,240.08 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
