Vinati Organics has received approval to establish a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the United States. The purpose of this WOS is to expand the company’s offshore business operations. This new entity will primarily focus on the manufacturing and sale of Vinati Organics products and, in the future, will help explore other opportunities in the U.S. market.

The company’s Board of Directors approved this decision in a meeting held on February 1, 2025.

Established in 1989, Vinati Organics is a specialty chemical company focused on manufacturing specialty chemicals and organic intermediates.
