Aarti Industries has signed a Share Subscription and Shareholder’s Agreement with Prozeal Green Power and Pro-Zeal Green Power Seven. Under this deal, Aarti Industries will acquire 26.25% equity shares, voting rights, and compulsory convertible debentures in ProZeal Green Power Seven, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) formed to develop, construct, operate, and maintain a 9.24 MW solar power plant to partly fulfill Aarti Industries' power requirements.
This aligns with the company’s commitment to renewable energy. The SPV is expected to start generating power in H2 FY26, helping reduce Aarti Industries' power costs. The acquisition is set to be completed within 30 days from the execution of the agreement.
