ITC’s demerged hotel business, ITC Hotels, has started trading on domestic stock exchanges after receiving approval from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and BSE.

Shares of ITC Hotels were listed at RS 188 per share on the BSE, down 30.37% from the last discovered price of RS 270 determined during the special pre-open session on January 6, 2025. On the NSE, the stock opened at RS 180, compared to the last discovered price of RS 260 per share.

The stock opened at RS 188.00 and has touched a high of RS 189.00 and a low of RS 178.60 so far. A total of 5,24,379 shares have been traded on the counter.

Meanwhile, ITC is currently trading at RS 433.10 on the BSE, down by 2.15 points or 0.49% from its previous closing of RS 435.25.
