This project, located on NH47 between Bavla and Bagodara, will operate under a joint development model with a 70.5% revenue share for ASL.

NH47 is a key highway connecting Ahmedabad to major cities in Gujarat and Rajasthan, as well as vital ports like Kandla, Mundra, and Pipavav. The site’s proximity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and the upcoming Dholera Special Investment Region enhances its strategic importance.

The project aims to be one of the largest industrial parks in Gujarat, featuring an end-to-end ecosystem with infrastructure like a common effluent treatment plant (CETP), Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, labor and executive housing, weighbridges, and logistics zones.
