Dhani Services Gains Momentum; Launches New Residential Project in Gurugram

Dhani Services is currently trading at Rs. 87.55, showing an increase of 0.56 points or 0.64% from its previous closing of Rs. 86.99 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rs. 91.79 and hit an intraday high of Rs. 91.79 and a low of Rs. 86.00. So far, 3,89,345 shares have been traded.

This BSE 'A' group stock, with a face value of Rs. 2, reached its 52-week high of Rs. 109.85 on January 3, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs. 33.30 on March 13, 2024. Over the past week, the stock has moved between Rs. 103.87 and Rs. 86.00. The company's market capitalization is currently at Rs. 5,363.03 crore.

Promoters hold 29.13% of the company's shares, while institutions and non-institutional investors own 20.72% and 50.15%, respectively.

The company has recently launched a marquee residential project, Indiabulls Estate & Club-I, in Gurugram. Registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority on December 26, 2024, the project was officially introduced on January 14, 2025.

The development consists of three residential towers with 387 units, along with a state-of-the-art club and café featuring modern amenities. The project offers spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and penthouse apartments spread over 44 storeys. Bookings began on January 14, 2025.
