Keystone Realtors' Shares Dip Slightly; Reports Strong Growth in Pre-Sales

Keystone Realtors' stock is trading at ₹669.75 on the BSE, marking a minor decline of 0.16% or 1.05 points from its previous close of ₹670.80. The stock opened at ₹668.95 and recorded a day's high of ₹683.05 and a low of ₹662.55, with 346 shares traded so far.

The BSE Group 'B' stock, with a face value of ₹10, reached a 52-week high of ₹799.95 on November 11, 2024, and a low of ₹585.00 on March 15, 2024. Over the last week, the scrip's high and low were ₹688.65 and ₹642.45, respectively. The company's current market capitalization stands at ₹8,382.51 crore.

Promoter shareholding in the company is at 78.35%, while institutions and non-institutional investors hold 19.53% and 2.11%, respectively.

In Q3FY25, Keystone Realtors reported a 40% rise in pre-sales to ₹863 crore, compared to ₹616 crore in Q3FY24. Pre-sales in Q2FY25 were ₹700 crore. Additionally, collections grew by 20% year-on-year to ₹542 crore in Q3FY25, up from ₹452 crore in Q3FY24.

The company added two new projects in Q3FY25, with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹980 crore, aligning with its strategic focus on redevelopment. It also completed one RERA-registered project, 'Wing H' at Global City Virar, covering a construction area of 0.08 million square feet.
