Royal Orchid Hotels Shares Rise by 2.51%, Announces New Property in Rajasthan

Royal Orchid Hotels' shares traded at ₹367.50, registering an increase of ₹9.00 or 2.51% from the previous close of ₹358.50 on the BSE. The stock opened at ₹360.20 and fluctuated between a high of ₹373.15 and a low of ₹353.15, with 1,798 shares exchanged so far.

The company’s stock, classified under BSE group 'B' with a face value of ₹10, hit a 52-week high of ₹448.10 on February 21, 2024, and a low of ₹301.50 on October 25, 2024. Over the past week, the stock reached a high of ₹392.90 and a low of ₹346.45, with the company's market capitalization standing at ₹1,022 crore.

Promoters hold a majority stake of 63.65% in the company, while institutions and non-institutional investors own 7.35% and 29.00%, respectively.

In a significant development, Royal Orchid Hotels has announced the signing of a new property in Khatoo, Sikar, Rajasthan, near the popular Shree Khatu Shyam Ji Temple. The upcoming Anantam Hotel & Resort, featuring 120 rooms, 14 suites, a swimming pool, and expansive banqueting spaces, is strategically located just 2 km from the temple.

Spread across a 25,000-square-foot lush green lawn and 7,000 square feet of meeting areas, the resort is designed to cater to both leisure and religious tourists. It is slated to open in the first week of February 2025, furthering the company’s reputation for modern and innovative hospitality.
