Carraro India Debuts on BSE with a 6% Discount

Carraro India made its stock market debut on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) at Rs 660.00, marking a decline of Rs 44 or 6.25% from its issue price of Rs 704.00.

The stock is currently trading at Rs 665.90, down by Rs 38.10 or 5.41%. During the day, it reached a peak of Rs 682.00 and a low of Rs 633.30. A total of 2.07 lakh shares have changed hands so far.

The initial public offering (IPO), open for subscription from December 20 to December 24, 2024, received a subscription of 1.12 times. The issue price was set at Rs 704.00, the upper limit of the Rs 668-704 price band.

Carraro India specializes in producing mechanical transmissions, clutches, hydraulic lifts, planetary drives, axles for agricultural and construction equipment, as well as related components and spares.
