Transrail Lighting Shares Soar with 35% Premium on BSE Debut

Transrail Lighting made an impressive stock market debut on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), opening at ₹585.15—marking a 35.45% premium, or ₹153.15 higher, than its issue price of ₹432.

The stock is currently trading at ₹571.80, up by ₹139.80 or 32.36%. During its first session, the share touched a high of ₹604.00 and a low of ₹544.30, with trading volumes reaching 10.80 lakh shares.

The IPO, which was open for subscription between December 19 and December 23, 2024, was oversubscribed 81 times, reflecting strong investor demand. The issue price was set at ₹432 per share, at the upper end of the ₹410-432 price band.

Transrail Lighting is an Indian EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) firm specializing in power transmission, distribution, and manufacturing lattice structures, conductors, and monopoles.
