Kalpataru Projects International Gains as It Secures Approval for Rs 200 Crore Fundraising Through NCDs

Kalpataru Projects International's stock is trading at Rs. 1294.10 on the BSE, showing a rise of 17.95 points or 1.41% over its previous close of Rs. 1276.15. The stock opened at Rs. 1277.70 and reached an intraday high of Rs. 1296.80, with a low of Rs. 1261.95, as 1786 shares have changed hands so far.

The company's board has approved raising Rs. 200 crore through the issuance of Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. This decision was taken in the board's Executive Committee meeting on November 6, 2024.
