UGRO Capital Shares Climb After Q2 Profit Rises 23%

UGRO Capital's shares are currently trading at Rs. 239.10, marking an increase of 1.60 points or 0.67% from its previous closing price of Rs. 237.50 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rs. 238.05 and has recorded a high of Rs. 240.75 and a low of Rs. 236.55 during the day. A total of 3,267 shares have been traded so far.

Belonging to the BSE Group 'B', the stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, previously touched a 52-week high of Rs. 314.85 on May 3, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs. 213.15 on March 27, 2024. Over the past week, it reached a high of Rs. 260.10 and a low of Rs. 233.80. The company’s market capitalization is currently Rs. 2,220.70 crore.

Promoters hold 2.23% of the company’s shares, while institutional investors own 22.83%, and non-institutional investors hold 74.94%.

UGRO Capital reported a 22.95% increase in its net profit, which stood at Rs. 35.52 crore for the quarter ending September 30, 2024, compared to Rs. 28.89 crore during the same period last year. The company’s total income surged by 35.18% to Rs. 342.86 crore for Q2FY25, up from Rs. 253.63 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
