Lemon Tree Hotels Rises After Signing New Property in Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels saw its stock rise by 1.73%, trading at Rs. 117.55, a gain of 2.00 points from its previous close of Rs. 115.55 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rs. 116.00, reaching a high of Rs. 117.90 and a low of Rs. 115.35, with 42,939 shares exchanged during the session.

The face value of the stock is Rs. 10, and it hit a 52-week high of Rs. 158.05 on May 6, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs. 100.75 on October 26, 2023. Over the past week, it fluctuated between Rs. 125.25 and Rs. 112.90. The company's current market capitalization stands at Rs. 9,229.67 crore.

Promoters hold 22.77% of the company's shares, with institutions holding 40.66% and non-institutional investors holding 36.57%.

The company has recently signed an agreement for a new property, the Lemon Tree Hotel on Adalat Road in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. This hotel, managed by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is set to open in FY 2028.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel will have 60 premium rooms, a restaurant, a banquet hall, a meeting space, a swimming pool, a spa, and other amenities. It is located 8 km from Aurangabad Airport and 2.5 km from Aurangabad Railway Station, with good road connectivity for public and private transport.
