Croissance Secures Rs 50 Crore Contract, Stock Hits Upper Limit

Croissance has reached its upper trading limit on the BSE, currently priced at Rs. 4.51, marking an increase of 0.75 points or 19.95% from its previous close of Rs. 3.76.

The stock opened at Rs. 4.19 and fluctuated between a high of Rs. 4.51 and a low of Rs. 3.70. A total of 317,230 shares have been traded so far.

This BSE group 'X' stock, with a face value of Rs. 1, achieved a 52-week high of Rs. 7.45 on January 18, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs. 3.28 on December 1, 2023.

Over the past week, the stock's high and low were Rs. 4.51 and Rs. 3.70 respectively. The company's current market capitalization stands at Rs. 30.92 crore.

Promoters hold 59.74% of the company, while non-institutional investors hold 40.26%.

Croissance has secured a contract worth Rs. 50 crore to construct premium villas in the upcoming Nandi Hills project in Bengaluru, set to begin in the second quarter of FY25.

The company is engaged in credit portfolio management, stock broking syndication, real estate, and media.
