Brigade Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary--Brigade Tetrarch has incorporated a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) named as ‘Brigade HRC LLP’ with an initial capital contribution of Rs 67 lakh. The said LLP will take up development of real estate projects. 

Brigade Enterprises is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
