Adani Green Energy Soars as Subsidiary Launches 250 MW Wind Power Project

Adani Green Energy's stock is currently trading at Rs. 1729.30, a rise of 11.40 points or 0.66% from its previous close of Rs. 1717.90 on the BSE.

The stock opened at Rs. 1749.95 and reached a high of Rs. 1749.95 and a low of Rs. 1726.20. A total of 8739 shares have been traded so far.

The BSE 'A' group stock with a face value of Rs. 10 achieved a 52-week high of Rs. 2173.65 on June 3, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs. 816.00 on October 26, 2023.

In the past week, the stock reached a high of Rs. 1790.75 and a low of Rs. 1679.00. The company's current market capitalization stands at Rs. 275455.33 crore.

Promoters hold 57.52% of the company's shares, while Institutions and Non-Institutions hold 18.38% and 24.11%, respectively.

Adani Renewable Energy Forty One, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Green Energy, has operationalized a 250 MW wind power project in Khavda, Kutchh, Gujarat. This plant features India’s largest and one of the world’s most powerful onshore wind turbines, with a capacity of 5.2 MW.

This new project brings the total operational capacity at Khavda to 2,250 MW. The decision to operationalize the plant and start power generation was made on July 24, 2024, following the necessary clearances.
