HDFC Life Insurance Company Reports 15% Rise in Q1 Net Profit, Shares Climb to Rs. 639.45

The company's net premium income rose by 8.97% to Rs. 12,509.62 crore for Q1 FY25, compared to Rs. 11,479.82 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported a 14.94% rise in its net profit to Rs. 478.97 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, compared to Rs. 416.71 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The net premium income increased by 9.04% to Rs. 12,548.42 crore for Q1 FY25, compared to Rs. 11,507.89 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
