Optiemus Infracom has received approval for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in name and style of ‘Optiemus Unmanned Systems’ (proposed name) or any other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, to promote and enhance the business of unmanned aerial vehicles i.e. Drones. This strategic move to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary is expected to leverage the growth opportunities in the burgeoning unmanned system market and will help the Company in becoming more agile and customer-focused. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2024, inter alia, have considered and approved the same.
