IEX gains on achieving 9,707 MU total volume in December

Indian Energy Exchange is currently trading at Rs. 165.95, up by 2.85 points or 1.75% from its previous closing of Rs. 163.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 166.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 167.80 and Rs. 164.70 respectively. So far 575567 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 173.30 on 01-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 116.05 on 09-Jun-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 173.30 and Rs. 161.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14793.18 crore.

The Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.73% and 63.27% stake in the company respectively.

Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) has achieved 9,707 MU overall volume in December 23, including 10.52 lakh Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) (equivalent to 1052 MU), marking a 14.9% increase on Year-on-year (YoY) basis. IEX achieved 8,655 MU total electricity volume in December 2023, registering an increase of 8.7% on YoY basis. For the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024, IEX achieved 28,326 MU overall volume, registering an increase of 16.9% YoY basis.
